For freelancers

In many projects we take the lead. For support in these projects we are regularly looking for (independent) DBAs, all-round or more specific for 1 platform, full-time or part-time. These DBAs serve as an addition to our own team and are specifically deployed to the relevant end customer.

In some cases, our customer requires expertise in adjacent technology around the database platform. This may involve expertise that we do not have in-house, such as Data-Analysis, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure or Software Development.

In addition to all of the above, our regular customers would also like us to provide the flexible shell for projects where our responsibility in the database platform is indirectly related. For example, we may hire expertise that has nothing to do with database technology, but is in the best interest of the overall project.

Every ZZP working for us can use our knowledge center. This can be on technical content, for example:

• Best practices
• QuickScan models
• Tuning tricks
• Repository deployment scripts
• Helpline for technical advice

Our knowledge center also contains supporting documents and models, such as:

• Report template
• Platform advice
• Migration plans
• Documentation template

Despite your independent entity and status, you are part of a team of peers, where knowledge sharing and collaboration is key. This is not mandatory, you always have the choice to participate or not. In this way, you are completely free and independent but still connected. Freedom in Connectedness.

We offer all ZZP’ers an interesting partner program.

So everyone is welcome at our DBA-Café, our Meetups, Gamedays and other events, to share knowledge, network or sometimes just because we like each other. Also the ZZP’ers with whom we are connected but who are not currently actively performing an assignment for OptimaData.
